This one started as a white scaled rizzy with a broken rocker and thoroughly demolished scales. With an unsharpened full blade, this one made for a good restoration candidate. Liam is a young 3rd generation cutler who does amazing work.
He made a new rocker for this one and made scales using white Kirinite. He also reworked the safety to not slip around the way original Japanese rizzuto knives always do. He also added the red dot to give it more interest. Now, this rizzuto locks up perfectly, sits deep and is made to last. It is a truly fine rizzy.
